The new version of php-fann has been released.

There are fixes for PHP 5.2 and 5.3. It wasn’t possible to compile PHP FANN for 5.2 and mainly on 5.3.3 that is PHP version on RHEL 6. All issues have been fixed and the PHP FANN can be requested to EPEL.
